06 - Run knife through batter in swirling motion to marble cream cheese mixture into cake. Don't overmix—distinct swirls create the earthquake effect.
07 - Bake for 40-45 minutes until edges are set but center remains slightly gooey. Cake should still have a molten quality when done.
