03 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine Caesar dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until blended smoothly.
04 - Evenly spread the prepared sauce over each chicken breast.
05 - Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the sauced chicken breasts.
06 - Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
07 - Remove dish from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
08 - Serve hot, accompanied by your preferred sides.
