01 - 4 salmon fillets (approximately 5.3 ounces each), skinless
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

06 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise

12 - 1 cup shredded red cabbage

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Pat salmon fillets dry and coat each with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
03 - Place fillets on the lined baking sheet and roast in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until just opaque and easily flaked with a fork.
04 - Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a small mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
05 - Portion cooked rice evenly into four serving bowls. Arrange shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced avocado, and sliced scallions around the rice.
