01 - 1.3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1 inch cubes

13 - 2 scallions, thinly sliced

# Directions:

01 - Toss chicken cubes with vegetable oil, garlic powder, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Marinate for at least 10 minutes or up to 2 hours refrigerated.
02 - Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes prior to prevent burning.
03 - Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
